THE HIGHEST QUALITY FIT AND FINISH

Experience. Diligence. Resilience.

There are installers and then there are craftsman. The key difference is the dedication to fit and finish above all else. As a project superintendent, facility owner, or project manager, you want to stay on task and on budget, but not at the expense of quality. At Lippert, we understand that mission and we bring the installation experience, the process diligence, and the business resilience not just to complete your project, but to craft it with the highest quality fit and finish.

IT GOES FAR BEYOND INSTALLATION

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

From plan review and scheduling to the use of technology in the field to share project specs, materials, and timelines; at Lippert, we believe that success starts and ends with Project Management.

JOBSITE AUDIT

Our team performs a pre-start jobsite visit with site superintendents to inspect temperature, humidity, and site access and delivery conditions, preparing and adjusting for any “unknowns” before materials and trades arrive to work.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

From leveling to removing existing flooring and adhesives to properly evaluating substrates for installation, our substrate preparation standards are some of the most thorough in the industry. Beautiful floors start at the substrate level.

MOISTURE TESTING

Beyond surface preparation, Lippert tests for proper moisture conditions prior to install. This helps avoid future issues with dis-bonding and adhesive and flooring material degradation that is common when proper moisture conditions are not met.

LIFT SYSTEMS

Minimizing the disruption to your facility during a flooring replacement project, our proprietary cubicle, furniture, and fixture lift systems allow us to achieve your installation in less time with less interruptions.

“The heart of the trade will always be the skill of the individual craftsmen.”

– Al Lippert

Lippert Carpet Reclamation logo

Since the start of the carpet reclamation program, we have diverted over 1.9 million pounds of carpet waste. That’s approximately 380,000 square yards of material!

CARPET RECYCLING & DISPOSAL

RECLAMATION SERVICES

Impact. A strong word with both positive and negative connotations. Whether it is a remodeling or replacement project or drop-offs from the installation process, the environmental impact of post-consumer carpet in our landfills is extensive. At Lippert, we seek to have a positive impact on this global issue, diverting 100% of waste carpet and pad on our projects.

Fully LEED and Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) compliant, our recycling program accepts all carpet materials of all fiber types, turning this salvaged material into new “green” flooring products, consumer and industrial parts, or converted into energy. Let us design a sustainable building solution for your next project.

“The work of Lippert Tile is highly respected, particularly in the healthcare industry. Their customer focus and quality work make them a valued Daltile industry partner.”
